Reborn!

I feel like expressing myself.

The problem I have with Warhammer 40k is the community. Yep, that's right. All of you. And I'm included in that group, too. We are all equally worthless. 

Seriously. We whine, complain, bitch, itch, and stomp around like little children. We cry for different rules, then we cry when we get them. We nerd-rage all over GW for their shitty metal models because we need 14 pounds of green-stuff and a Master of Sculpting Arts from Bumfuck University to keep them together, then bitch like a teenage girl when they replace them with Resin-That-Is-Not-Resin. We spew our hatred towards GW for raising their prices in a country half the world away while we buy our shit at online stores that offer 25% discount and free shipping. 

Then we play against asshats who define their entire existence at winning a game of toy soldiers and then we cry when the rules aren't written for competitive play. Then we bitch at those who say that playing a non-competitive game competitively is stupid. Then we bitch at the fluff-bunnies and call them gay.

Then a newb starts the hobby, looks at the nerd-rage bukkake and either quits the hobby or, worse, stays in it and we all help turn him into a ragaholic asshat like ourselves. 

But the thing that I really hate is myself for trying to take the higher road and rise above it all. I try to stay calm, temper my words accordingly, watch what I say so as to not offend anyone. This has caused me to hate blogging, hate reading blogs even more, and just be generally pissed at the community as a whole for making me feel this way. 

Well, no more.

I will no longer conform to the rules of polite etiquette on this blog. I will no longer play nice. I will no longer hold back the nerd-rage I feel towards others. 

You are now going to get the raw Fast Eddie WAAAGH!Aki foul-mouthed opinionated in your face complete dick that those who know me know what I am like. I am doing this because I believe that being a dick is part of this hobby. 

It's not a bad thing. Since we're all dicks, we actually enjoy playing games against each other. 

The downside is that some of you will leave. Feel free and I hope the door doesn't hit your ass on the way out. And Ron from FTW is about to send me his standard "sorry I had to drop you from the rolls" email. Ron, I love you. I love you so much that you should have that restraining order against me reinstated for another year. The shit you do is wonderful. However, unlike you I believe there is a place in the written word for vulgarity and right now, this is it. 

Meanwhile the dudes at International House of Paincakes just got an erection.
